- Contact us online and we'll send you an application form.
- Request an application online, we will forward you an application.

Fees and Disclosures
*Required identity documents are a US state-issued driver's license, state issued ID card or US passport. For membership eligibility, please include a copy of your work ID or pay stub. For volunteers, please include documentation from the Department of the Interior agency or one of our other employee groups that you volunteer for.
