United Buying Service

With United Buying Service (UBS) members have access to:

When you contact UBS, an advisor will ask you what make and model of car you are interested in buying. He or she will then provide you with: Motor Vehicle Certification Program (MVCP)

MVCP helps you through the entire car-buying process. MVCP Advisors are available: 9a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-345-0990 or 410-522-5000, or visit www.mvcp.com.

MVCP advisors will provide you with: Additionally, after you visit a participating dealer your advisor will double-check your transaction to make sure you got a fair and correct price based on MVCP's pricing guidelines. If necessary, they'll resolve any pricing error directly with the dealer.

Want to know the real deal about the used car you're considering? You can't always trust the dealer or individual selling the car to give you the facts. Visit www.carfax.com and enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) to verify the car's mileage, accident history, and more for a small fee.
