Your account balances are a Text away.
Text Message Banking makes it easy to access account balances and transactions, right on your mobile phone. It’s the fastest way to get your balances.

As simple as texting your friends!
Just text a short command to 454545, and you will quickly receive the information you want.

Here are some of the requests you can make with Text Messaging Banking:

BAL – Current and available balances for a primary account you designate
LAST - The last five transactions in your primary account
BAL ALL – Current balances for all the accounts you have with us†

†Credit card balances might not be included.

Secure access to your balances and transactions
Not only is Text Message Banking fast and FREE*, it is secure. You must first log into our secure internet banking site and have your phone in your possession in order to complete enrollment. We text an activation code to your phone that you must enter into the internet banking site in order to activate Text Messaging Banking. Also, we never send confidential information such as user ID’s, passwords or complete account numbers via Text Messaging Banking.

*You may be changed access rates depending on your carrier. Web access is needed to use Mobile Banking. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.

Bill Payment
Online Bill Pay is secure and FREE, plus: Check Imaging
A scanned image of the check you write is stored in Online Banking. The check number in your history acts as a link to the image. To retrieve a check image, pull up your account summary and click on the check number. The front and back of your check will be shown.

Your check images are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for FREE. Reasons why your image would not be available: (1) electronic/ACH cleared checks-digital check formats are not image recorded. A check number will be recorded (2) the check was a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check. Those checks are not scanned.

E-Statements
Paperless statements help the environment by saving trees and waste. If you want to sign up for e-statements, login to Online Banking, click on “Services” and enter your email address.
